Friday night Happy Hour for the OPEN

A real Friday night Happy Hour!!

Friday nights for five weeks. 

WOD at 6:30 PM, pack TAS with all of our athletes. Throw down to loud music with friends and family. Energy level at a 10+, getting after the Open WODs. Challenge a friend to a WOD and watch the coaches get after it. Then over to Duckys for food and drinks to celebrate PRs and amazing shit that will happen during the OPEN.

Organic farms

Is anyone interested in purchasing meat and poultry from a local organic farm.  Al Rosas provides packages in bulk to CrossFitters and will deliver it to the Athletic Studio.  Please read the below listed options available and let me know if anyone is interested.
