Friday night Happy Hour for the OPEN

A real Friday night Happy Hour!!


Friday nights for five weeks. 

WOD at 6:30 PM, pack TAS with all of our athletes. Throw down to loud music with friends and family. Energy level at a 10+, getting after the Open WODs. Challenge a friend to a WOD and watch the coaches get after it. Then over to Duckys for food and drinks to celebrate PRs and amazing shit that will happen during the OPEN.
